THE PROCESS

Our team works on offering you the best way to stage the property in order to get the most out of it and highlight its full potential. We start by defining the overall mood to give the property and come up with materials, furniture, lighting and finishes. The overall moodbard is based on the plans of the property as well as on the input collected and the data provided in our first meeting.

LICENSE PROCEDURE

FOR THE NETHERLANDS

Local regulations and licensing requirements can be complex and time-consuming to navigate.
We offer our expertise to help you through licensing processes, ensuring that you meet all of the necessary requirements.
Our team has extensive experience in dealing with licensing and regulatory authorities. We can help you understand what you need to do, what documents you need to prepare, and how to submit your application, or let us do it for you.

  • Current floor plans/section/elevations of the whole building 1/100
  • New floor plans/section/elevation of the whole building 1/100
  • References to fire protection regulation, ventilation, natural light, and other requirements
  • Details needed to specify the works to be approved by the Municipality (scale 1:5 or 1:10)
  • Structural report (constructive principles and calculations) in case of structural changes from a qualified constructor

  • Filling out and uploading all of the documentation to submit the permit
